How do I see how much of my videos people actually watched?
Your community counts every play of your videos and how far each person got, so you can see which videos hold attention and where people stop. It is all on the **Video** tab of your community's Analytics.

Open Analytics
Analytics shows how your community is doing. It is in the Community menu.

Press **Analytics**.
Open AnalyticsOpen the Video tab
This tab is only about your videos.

Press **Video**.
Read the four numbers
Plays is how many times a video was started, Unique viewers is how many different people, Avg watched is how much of a video people watch on average, and Completion is how many plays reached the end.

Look at the four boxes under **Video engagement**.
See where people stop
Each bar shows how many viewers got that far through a video, from 10% to 100%. A big drop between two bars tells you where people lose interest.

Look at the bars under **Retention**.
See who watched
Every watch is listed, newest first, with the person's name, the video, the day and how far they got. A tick means they watched to the end. Top videos beside it ranks your videos by plays.

Look at the list under **Who watched**.

Can I approve new members before they get into my community?
Yes. Switch on approval and anyone who asks to join waits in a Requests list in Members until you let them in, the way a private LinkedIn or Facebook group works. People you invite, and people who pay, still go straight in. About five minutes to set up.
Can I check comments before they go up?
Turn on comment approval and every member comment waits for you. It's a separate switch from the one for posts.
Can I keep my community hidden until I'm ready to launch?
Your community goes live once it is made and your email is confirmed, and there is no switch that takes it offline. Two settings work together instead: one keeps your posts from anyone who isn't a member, the other means nobody gets in until you let them.
