How do I ask for help, and where do I see the reply?
Your account manager is one press away on every screen. You write, add a screenshot or leave a voice note, and the reply comes back to the same place. About a minute to send.

Find the Account manager strip
It is on the left edge of every screen, with your account manager's name under it. On a phone it folds to a thin tab at the left edge: press the tab to open it.

Press the message button
It is the green button with a speech bubble. It opens your conversations. The red dot under it records your screen for your account manager.

Press New message
It is the dark button at the top of your conversations.

Choose Something is wrong, or I need help
It tells your account manager this is a question or a problem.

Type your message and press Send
Type what is happening in the box. You can add a screenshot, a file or a voice note with the buttons above it; to record your screen, press the red dot on the strip instead. Then press the send button; it has your account manager's name on it, such as Send to Peter.

Open the conversation that says Needs you
When a reply arrives, the message button shows a number. Press it, and the conversation with the reply has a dot and says Needs you. Press the conversation to open it.

Read the reply, then answer with Send reply
The reply is under your message. Type your answer in the box underneath and press Send reply. You can add a screenshot, a picture or a voice note here too.

Can I talk instead of typing?
Under the boxes you type into there is a **Speak** button. Press it, talk, press **Stop**, and your words are typed into the box for you. It works on a laptop and on a phone.
Do I have to decide on the leads offer right now?
No. Your community is free and works without it. The price for leads is Outreach, a separate paid tool that finds people for your community, and you can say no and carry on building.
How do I bring my team into my account?
Invite your assistant or your team by email. Each person gets their own login, and you choose what they can do.
