How do I bring my team into my account?

Invite your assistant or your team by email. Each person gets their own login, and you choose what they can do.

Removing someone never deletes their login or anything they made in your account.
  1. Open Settings, then Users

    Press Settings in the menu, then press Users.

  2. Invite them by email

    Type their email address, choose Editor or Admin, then press Send invitation.

  3. Wait for them to accept

    They appear under Waiting to accept. Their link works for 14 days. Press Withdraw to cancel it.

  4. They choose a password and join

    They press Accept the invitation in the email, type their name, choose a password and press Join. If they already use Replicants, they sign in instead.

  5. Change a role or remove someone

    Under People, pick Admin or Editor beside their name. Press Remove, then OK, to take their access away straight away.

You will know it worked when they appear under People, with their role beside their name.

Three different things, and it's worth knowing which you want. Cancelling stops a payment. Closing ends the account. Deletion removes your information.

How do I sign in? I was never asked to choose a password.

Accounts are made without a password, so there's nothing to guess. Send yourself a fresh link from the sign-in panel and choose one. There's no default password.
