Where do enquiries from my website go, and can I get them by email?
Every enquiry from a form on your website is saved to your subscribers and listed on your website's Manage board. Each new lead can also be emailed to you. About a minute to check.

Website is in the main menu on the left. On a phone, press the menu button at the top right first.

Your websites lists every site you have. Press Manage on the one you want.

Press Forms & enquiries
It is in the Manage list on the right of the board, under Analytics. On a phone the list is further down. The ENQUIRIES number at the top of the board counts them too.

Read your enquiries
Each enquiry shows the person's name, email and when they sent it, newest first. Press one to see everything they wrote. A download request from a free guide shows here too, marked Download.
If the box says there is no form on your live site yet, add one to a page and republish, and enquiries start arriving here.

The green line says where new leads are emailed now; at first it is your business email. To use another address, type it in the box. To stop the emails, leave the box empty.
