How do I change a post I have already put up, including its photos?
Open the post in your community and press Edit. It opens in the same window you wrote it in, with its photos, so you can change the words, take a photo away or add one, then press Save. About a minute.

Open Community, then press Open my community as host
It is on your Dashboard, under your community's address. Your community opens in a new tab, signed in as the host. On a phone, press the menu button at the top right first.

Press Edit at the top of the post
Edit and Delete show only on your own posts.

To take a photo away, press the cross on it
Edit post shows your title, your words and your photos under them. You can change the title and the words here too.

To add a photo, press Photo
Pick a picture from your computer or phone. It joins the others under your words.

Press Save
Saved. Your post now shows the changes. appears at the top, and your post shows the change straight away.

If you close it before saving, press Keep editing to go back
Press the cross at the top left with changes not saved and you are asked Leave without saving? Leave without saving closes it, and your post stays exactly as it was.

Can I approve new members before they get into my community?
Yes. Switch on approval and anyone who asks to join waits in a Requests list in Members until you let them in, the way a private LinkedIn or Facebook group works. People you invite, and people who pay, still go straight in. About five minutes to set up.
Can I change a member's post before I approve it?
No. A post waiting for your approval can only be approved or rejected, so you cannot change a member's words. If a few words need changing, approve it and add a comment, or message the member and reject it.
Can I check comments before they go up?
Turn on comment approval and every member comment waits for you. It's a separate switch from the one for posts.
