How do I send an email to my whole list?

One email to your whole list, sent now or later. Nothing sends until the last of four steps.

Saving a draft, sending yourself a test, and moving between the four steps all send nothing to your list. Only the last step does.
Verify a sending address first Email providers won't accept mail from you until you've proved the address is yours. Set it up once under Settings, then Email.

  1. Check who's still listening

    Open Subscribers. The band on top splits your list in four. Green — opened or clicked in the last 90 days — is who's really reading.

  2. Open Broadcast in the inner menu

    Broadcast is one email to many people. Sequences, lower down, is a run of emails sent automatically over days — a different job.

  3. Press New broadcast and write it

    Pick the sending address, then the subject, preview line, look, and words. Drop in a first name and each person gets their own.

  4. Send yourself a test

    Preview shows it on a computer and a phone. Send Test puts a real copy in your inbox. Do this every time.

  5. Choose who gets it

    Everyone, or one of your saved groups. The line underneath says in words who it's about to go to. Unsubscribers are never included.

  6. Send now, or pick a time

    Send now goes immediately, or schedule a date and time. Large sends can spread over a few hours. Confirming here is the only thing that sends.

You will know it worked when your broadcast shows a tick, and opens and clicks fill in over a day or two.
